Safe and Sound was born from the love and legacy of Tracy’s grandparents, whom she cared for until their passing at 88 and 104. Those years taught her that true care isn’t just about tasks—it’s about presence, dignity, and honoring the people who once held us. This agency is Tracy’s promise to bring that same devotion, patience, and purpose to every family we serve. Because caring for those who once cared for us isn’t just responsibility—it’s a privilege.

I am a lifelong Hoosier, proudly born and raised in Northwest Indiana—affectionately known as “The Region.” Over 25 years ago, I relocated to Indianapolis and have called it home ever since. My roots in Indiana run deep, and so does my passion for serving its communities with heart, integrity, and purpose.
With more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology—specializing in Cybersecurity and Healthcare IT—I’ve spent my career ensuring sensitive data is protected with the highest standards of privacy and care. This background uniquely positions me to lead a home care agency that not only prioritizes compassionate service, but also safeguards the trust families place in us.
Beyond my work in IT and caregiving, I’m deeply committed to giving back. I’ve mentored young women in Central Indiana, volunteered with organizations like Dress for Success, Meals on Wheels, and Second Helpings, and spent meaningful time offering companionship and support in assisted living facilities and senior centers across the state.
As part of my mission to empower and protect older adults, I provide free Scam and Fraud Prevention training for seniors throughout Indiana—a cause close to my heart in today’s digital world.
I hold a Master of Science in Management – Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Informatics from Indiana Wesleyan University. I’m a Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and an active member of the American Geriatrics Society.
When I’m not working or volunteering, I cherish spending time with my mother, adult children, and close friends. Whether it’s enjoying a quiet dinner, sharing stories, or just being present for each other, those moments ground me and fuel my passion for the work I do.
These personal and professional experiences are the foundation of Safe and Sound Home Health Care—a place where dignity, trust, and innovation come together to support families and honor the people they love most. My mission is simple: to make sure every person in our care feels safe, valued, and truly at home.
